What was your first impression when you saw the place? The open floorplan of the kitchen, living room and dining area immediately drew us to the apartment. We loved that there was no carpet in the entire unit.
The bedrooms and closets were very generous in size and the large walk-in closet at the entrance was a huge bonus.
Considering the size, location, list of amenities, the grade and quality of the baths, kitchens and finishings, how well priced do you think the apartment is? This price fit our budget and included all of the amenities on our apartment search “wishlist” including a dishwasher, hardwood floors, open kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, heat and laundry included and an off-street parking spot.
The location fit exactly what we were looking for, located right between Uptown and Loring Park but with easy access to 94, it is definitely a hidden gem.

What have your friends said about the place after you moved in? Our friends think we found a great value in a great location!
How busy was it when you came to see the place? It was very busy with more than a handful of pairs/couples visiting at the same time.
We knew immediately that it was the place for us after extensive research throughout these neighborhoods so we were ready to apply before we finished our tour.
All of our places rent within 24 hours of coming available. What tips can you share to others to also get a place like yours (i.e. we acted fast)? Have all your information ready to fill out the application and bring your checkbook!
Also, make sure you can make it to the first showing that is available because there will not be another one!
What do you like most about the location? Please share some tips for new tenants. The location is ideal on a hidden street on the edge of Uptown. Lake of the Isles is our favorite and it’s a short walk away, along with the Walker Sculpture Garden and Loring Park.
There are tons of restaurants and bars to enjoy within walking distance or a short cab ride away.
Can you give us some example of management's commitment and professional service to maintaining and repairing the unit? The apartment is so well maintained we have rarely had any concerns that needed to be repaired.
Whenever we have had an issue it is fixed within a few days with Philip initiaiting multiple follow-up conversations to make sure the entire situation has been resolved.
For example, the water pressure in our kitchen sink was a concern and maintenance visited within the same day and a new faucet was installed.
How would you describe management? Philip has been professional since day one. He’s organized and timely with his communication. You can really tell that Philip cares about his tenants and this condo.
Would you recommend Art District Realty properties to your friends? Yes! We would highly recommend any of their properties to friends.
