How long have you lived in the property? 1.5 years
How did other places you saw compare to this one? They were similar.
What was your first impression when you saw the place? It was very favorable for the price and we rented it prior to the house being remodeled. (Note: Addison rented the place a few months prior and the renovations were finished prior to his move-in date) Considering the size, location, list of amenities, the grade and quality of the baths, kitchens and finishings, how well priced do you think the apartment is? Very well priced. What have your friends said about the place after you moved in? They think it is a very nice house.
How busy was it when you came to see the place? There was a lot of interest.
All of our places rent within 24 hours of coming available. What tips can you share to others to also get a place like yours (i.e. we acted fast)? You must decide immediately.
What do you like most about the location? Please share some tips for new tenants. I really like that the place is close to bars, Target, Cub Grocery and the freeways! Can you give us some example of management's commitment and professional service to maintaining and repairing the unit? The brand new driveway and Central Air was installed at request. How would you describe management? Management is very responsive and the units are high quality.
Would you recommend Art District Realty properties to your friends? Yes, I would recommend.
